Terms of service
Orders
When you place an order you pay in full at checkout. We email a confirmation and, when it ships, a tracking link.
Section 5A: Preorders
Every order is a preorder from our first production run. The dispatch date is an estimate that we email to you once it is set; if we can't meet it, we tell you before it passes and offer a new date or a full refund. You can cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships.
Shipping Protection
Optional and unticked by default. It covers a parcel stolen after delivery or damaged in transit; we replace it free. It is not a warranty and is refunded with your order if the order is cancelled before it ships.
Product images
Our photos show the blanket's print as closely as we can. Coloured in photos show one way to colour it; your blanket arrives uncoloured, ready for you.
Original artwork
The doodle print is our own original artwork. Moonvale is an independent shop and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any author, publisher or book series.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our checkout partner. Your statement shows the merchant as Moonvale.
